Our email service would save you a lot of time in corresponding with all women on our website. We deliver and translate letters to any woman you would like to write to, even if she is from another marriage agency.

Here is how our service works:

1. You choose a woman you would like to write to and maybe to get married with. A Sample letter in its proper format is located on our Mail Forwarding Instructions page. Please read and follow the instructions on this page before sending any mail for us to forward.

2. You type a letter and send it to the lady clicking on the "send me a letter" button from the ladies profile page.

3. We receive your letter and call a lady to inform her about your letter received on our computer.

4. The same day our agent prints your letter and photo ( if you included one) and sends it to it's final destination by regular postal mail.

5. After the lady gets your letter she can send you an e-mail letter as a reply using the same procedure in reverse or she can write to your home address by regular postal mail. (Some women are not able to pay the e-mail forwarding costs, so if you choose not to pay for her replies, she will have to reply by regular postal mail).

6. In such way it is possible to send and receive letters during about 2-5 days, but it depends of course on the woman, how soon she will answer you. The round trip for one letter from the USA and back by regular postal mail takes about 30-40 days, or even longer. Not to tell about that the international regular postal mail is not reliable enough, a lot of letters get lost.¸

7. The total cost of our Standard service is ˆ3.5 for a letter up to two pages in length, and each additional page costs ˆ1.4, or you can use our Registered service by ˆ0.7 more and your letter will be sent by Registered mail. We reccomend you STRONGLY to send letters ONLY by Registered mail. Only in this case we can guarantee you, that your letter will be delivered. Exept that this is one of the best ways of sending mail quickly and relatively cheap of all known. UPS and FedX have 2 days delivery but it will cost you from ˆ31.25-ˆ52! The U.S.A. postal service has International Express mail, but sending a letter to most countries costs ˆ12.5 and it takes 3-5 days.

8. Please, send us photos in .JPG format ONLY. Printing them in Black and White costs ˆ1.4 for each, printing in Color costs ˆ2.8 for each with every e-mail letter that you send. We ask you to keep the file size below 60Kb and not to send us photos in any other format.

9. If you would like to use this service now or in the future you have to send us some money to let us open your account (we recommend you to start with min. ˆ20). Everytime we send to you a letter we deduct the necessary sum from your account. In case you have not enough money on your account you can recharge it at any time. If you wish to close your account we credit the remaining balance (if any) to you to be used for any of our other services.

10. The letters translations from English into Russian and from Russian into English cost from ˆ7.00 for every typed page with min. 650 words, all additional words cost ˆ0.014 for each. In most other services it costs ˆ0.035 for every word, that is more than ˆ27 for an average one page letter! The reason we are able to do it cheaper is the fact that your letter is sent to Ukraine, where takes place the actual translation. To offer you these low rates we must receive your letter by e-mail.

Members may pay a flat fee of just ˆ35 a month for unlimited mail forwarding
